Cumnock chatboard

I have done some unlocking on the chatboard

I have set it so that anybody can view it.
I have created sections for senior, mini/midi rugby and general chats.

You have to be a member to post on the boards. When you join you will notice your account has to be approved. This has happened previously, and is still the case. There is spam on the previous club chat.
