Morrisons bag pack - Saturday 7th November

The Mini Midi section have a bag pack arranged @ Morrisons in Ayr on the Saturday 7th November. This is a significant fund raiser for the section and as such needs as many people as possible to lend a hand. We will need to cover bag packing from probably 0900/1000 until 1700 or so - approx 7 hours. If we can get three shifts then it is only about a two hour stint for each rotation however that will need about 60 people or so. Coaches are asked to heavily canvass parents and produce a list as soon as possible for Karen to collate. Find out if morning or afternoon siuts best as well.

Any questions give Harry Reilly a call.
